Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what may not be done on the platform. It exists because the categories PharmaBro serves are closely scrutinised, and one operator's shortcut becomes every operator's problem.

Effective August 20, 2026Last updated August 20, 2026Current versionsupport@pharmabro.co

1. Clinical integrity

The clinical workflow is not optional and cannot be routed around.

  • No prescription may be issued without review by a provider licensed in the patient's state.
  • You may not pressure, incentivise or instruct providers toward a prescribing outcome.
  • You may not disable, bypass or misconfigure eligibility screening to increase approval rates.
  • You may not present a workflow to patients as clinical review when no clinician reviews it.
  • Where a therapy requires labs or a live visit before a first fill, that requirement may not be waived commercially.

2. Catalog restrictions

  • Only compounds that are lawfully prescribable and dispensable by a licensed pharmacy may be offered.
  • No research-use-only positioning. If something cannot be prescribed and dispensed properly, it does not belong in a storefront on this platform.
  • Compounded preparations may not be described as FDA-approved, nor as generic or equivalent versions of an approved branded product.
  • You may not offer a therapy into a state where it is not lawfully available.

3. Marketing and claims

In these categories, regulatory exposure comes from marketing more often than from medicine.

  • Outcome claims must be substantiated before publication.
  • Testimonials must be genuine, representative and disclosed where required.
  • Before-and-after imagery must be real and must not imply typical results that are not typical.
  • Pricing must be presented accurately, including recurring charges and what triggers them.
  • You may not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, any regulator, manufacturer or platform.

4. Patient data

  • Protected health information may only be handled in the flows the platform provides for it.
  • You may not export PHI into general-purpose marketing, analytics or messaging tools that are not covered by a BAA.
  • You may not segment patient lists by condition or treatment inside tools that lack a BAA.
  • You may not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.

5. Technical conduct

  • No attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other tenants, or any data that is not yours.
  • No probing, scanning or load testing without written authorisation.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping or benchmarking for a competing product without consent.
  • No use of the platform to send unsolicited bulk messaging.

6. Enforcement

Where we identify a breach we will normally contact you and give an opportunity to correct it. Where a breach presents a risk to patients, to licensure, or to the platform's regulatory standing, we may suspend the affected functionality or the account immediately.
